Reading- Story: Owl at Home, "The Guest" and Brave Irene
Skills: Determine the central message of "The Guest,"Describe characteristics of books that tell stories, demonstrate understanding of grade level vocabulary, and identify sensory and feeling words. Grammar: verb tenses and adjectives Writing: Write an original story about Owl in the present tense, revise writing by using future tense Spelling- We will continue studying vowel cononsant e words for two more weeks. There will be a spelling test on Friday, March 10.
