Reading: We will be finishing: My Librarian is a Camel by Margriet Ruurs. Skills: Ask and answer questions to help determine or clarify the meaning of words and phrases in My Librarian is a Camel, Identify how pictures and captions communicate key details, Write, speak, and illustrate how people in different countries borrow books, Develop vocabulary knowledge of the words remote and mobile, and Demonstrate understanding of grade-level vocabulary. Grammar: Proper Nouns and Adjectives Writing: Complete sentences including a capital letter and a period, capitalize proper nouns, and responding to the text through writing. Thursday we will begin That Book Woman by Heather Henson. Phonics: Letter Mm, Short and Long e, Digraph -ck, Spelling with -ck and final k Spelling Words: as, is, so, its, sit, and, did, last, stop, land Sight Words (up to this point): the, said, of, do, to, into, who, you, your, color, and what. from, friend Math: Module 1 lessons 25-27 (Topic G) Monday-Mid-Module Assessment Tuesday- Review Day Lesson 25: Solve add to with change unknown math stories in addition, and relate to subtraction. Model with materials, and write corresponding number sentences.
