Skills: ask and answer questions about people, places, things and events using relevant details for the story, describe the characters, setting, and events, identify text evidence that supports the central message, and compare and contrast different characters. Grammar: capitalization and punctuation Writing: write introductions to opinion paragraphs Spelling: We will begin Fundations unit 14. This unit focuses on reviewing all skills. Sample words: call, thank, next, blimp, stumps, scrapes, shrinking, ended, lungs, quake, planes, jokes, squishes, thinking. Trick words: water, called Math: Module 6 lessons 15-19 Lessons 15: Add a pair of two-digit numbers when the ones digits have a sum greater than 10 with drawing. Lessons 16-17: Add a pair of two-digit numbers when the ones digits have a sum greater than 10 with drawing. Record the new ten. Lessons 18: Add a pair of two-digit numbers with varied sums in the ones, and compare the results of different recording methods.
