Reading: Story: Cinderella and Cendrillon
Skills: Sort evidence to formulate an opinion, describe character traits, demonstrate understanding of the central message of Cinderella, retell the story using details from text, sequencing, Spelling: We are continuing to study multisyllabic words. There will be a spelling test on Friday, April 7th over any of the words we have studied for the last three weeks. Sample words: public, panic, tonic, plastic, frantic, picnic, chipmunk, expect, contact, backpack, comic, topic Trick words: Mr., Mrs. Grammar: conjunctions, compound sentences, commas Writing: Write an opinion paragraph Math: Module 5 lessons 10-13 Lesson 10: Construct a paper clock by partitioning a circle and tell time to the hour. Lesson 11-13: Recognize halves within a circular clock face and tell time to the half hour. ****There will be an end of module 5 test this week.
